Job Overview
OmniOn Power, a leader in power solutions, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing global team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer experiences by managing order fulfillment, after-sales service, and technical support. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support to resolve issues.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including sales, operations, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the complete after-sales lifecycle including warranty claims, spare parts, returns, and repairs.
- Proactively update customers on order status, shipment tracking, repair timelines, and service case resolutions.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in ERP systems such as SAP, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
- Ensure invoices, order confirmations, and other customer communications are delivered accurately and on time.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with OmniOn Power’s brand promise to protect, control, and optimize electrical infrastructures worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or order management roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other major ERP systems for at least 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in technical support roles or after-sales service operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
