Job Overview
Fresh Prints is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Training Associate to support and train student entrepreneurs (Campus Managers) in building their custom apparel businesses. In this role, you'll help train, onboard, and guide Campus Managers to drive sales and ensure their success. This is a remote, full-time position that offers significant growth potential as Fresh Prints continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new Campus Managers, helping them establish and grow their businesses.
- Support Campus Managers in securing sales and building entrepreneurial foundations on campus.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of training programs.
- Collect feedback from trainees and Campus Managers to improve future training experiences.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas that support the success of Campus Managers.
- Track and analyze data to ensure training effectiveness and improve sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a neutral accent (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and excited to work on diverse projects.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Job Prerequisites
- A distraction-free home office with reliable internet.
- Access to a laptop or desktop with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
- Ability to work during the specified hours (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
Work Shifts
- 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
