Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards to identify and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and deliver on hiring targets.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
