Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
  • Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Develop innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and growth potential aligned with smallcase’s values.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and define an effective hiring strategy.
  • Deliver a stellar candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Draft compelling, accurate, and inclusive job descriptions to attract top talent across platforms.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases with precision to ensure efficient reporting and data-driven decisions.
  • Provide market intelligence, hiring trends, and competitive insights to hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting smallcase’s culture, values, and mission across digital platforms and events.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and direct outreach strategies.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tech tools; familiarity with data-driven recruitment metrics is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
  • A proactive and consultative approach to recruitment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Previous experience hiring for consumer tech, financial services, or fintech roles is a strong advantage.
