About the Role
Etsy is looking for an Operations Specialist to enhance chatbot performance and support the Customer Experience (CX) team through strong analytics and reporting. This role involves creating dashboards, analyzing key chatbot metrics, and collaborating across multiple departments to improve chatbot functionality and automation success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on chatbot metrics like BSAT, automation, and resolution rates using platforms like Ultimate.ai and Looker.
- Build and maintain dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
- Partner with Conversation Designers to improve low-performing chatbot flows.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Analytics to scale chatbot operations.
- Prepare business reviews and volume impact reports to inform staffing and planning.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and data platform proficiency (Looker, Ultimate.ai preferred)
- Experience in customer experience analytics or chatbot-related operations
- Strong documentation and project organization skills
- Collaborative mindset with problem-solving attitude
- Ability to challenge conventional processes and drive improvements
