We are looking for Digital Sellers responsible for a defined segment of Adobe’s SMB customers. The role focuses on upselling and cross-selling Adobe Cloud-based Solutions. The candidate will manage the Digital Media portfolio, assist customers in adopting the solutions, optimize product experience, and guide them to internal support teams as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of Adobe’s Digital Media line of products and lead value-driven conversations with customers.
- Create a value-based relationship with new & existing North American Adobe SMB customers.
- Drive Upsell & Cross-sell by prioritizing accounts with the highest propensity to buy, contacting them via phone & email.
- Execute Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to maximize revenue.
- Research customer contracts and purchasing history using Adobe’s customer management systems & external sources like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists to maximize the footprint of Adobe solutions like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Frame.io, etc.
- Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve customer issues related to Creative Cloud Subscriptions.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Digital Media and Adobe products.
- Customer management and account handling expertise.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- Experience in international sales, preferably in North American markets.
- Proficiency in analytics and CRM tools.
- Ability to conduct value-selling rather than product feature pitching.
- Strong organizational, follow-through, and documentation skills.
- Flair for technology with a quick learning attitude.
Requirements:
- SMB Segment exposure and proven ability to manage a large customer base.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably selling SAAS solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Working hours will coincide with US Time Zones.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, digital sales, or customer success roles.
- Experience in B2B and enterprise sales is a plus.
