Role Overview: As a Campus Recruiter at Fresh Prints, you’ll be responsible for driving the high-volume hiring of Campus Managers. This role involves sourcing leads, promoting job opportunities through outbound recruiting campaigns, and working with a dynamic team to meet hiring goals. We’re looking for someone with strong sales and communication skills!

Key Responsibilities:

• Research US schools and source leads via LinkedIn.
• Promote the Campus Manager role through outbound campaigns like calls, emails, and texts.
• Screen potential candidates and schedule prospecting meetings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to achieve quarterly goals.
• Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills (fluency in English).
• 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or outbound sales.
• LinkedIn recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
