About the Role
As a BDA (International) at Bhanzu, you will engage potential clients, maintain relationships, and help prospective students understand the company’s math courses. This role requires proactive communication and a results-driven approach to converting leads into trial class participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and align with Bhanzu’s vision and mission to achieve company goals
- Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
- Make outbound calls to clients and respond to callback requests
- Communicate with potential leads via email and WhatsApp
- Educate potential leads about Bhanzu’s courses and offerings
- Encourage and convert leads to attend trial classes
- Learn and use customer relationship management software and related tools
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Mandatory access to a laptop
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Availability to work 6 days a week
