About the Role

As a Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales), you will engage with prospective learners, understand their educational needs, and present Unacademy’s value-driven offerings. You'll manage warm leads, contribute to revenue growth, and kickstart your sales career in India’s booming ed-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and engage with potential learners.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Drive conversions and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and desktop tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation completed.
  • No prior experience required—freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using computers and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
