About the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. The Production Agent will manage incoming requests, troubleshoot client queries, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions as per required quality standards
  • Field incoming help requests from clients via phone or email
  • Document client identification information and nature of problems
  • Track and resolve client queries following standard procedures

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Team Leader
