About the Opportunity:
Colgate is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for Associate Analyst and Analyst roles in their Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and post PO/NPO invoices (Third-Party / Intercompany).
- Ensure accuracy of tax rates applied on invoices (GST, TDS knowledge preferred).
- Process business requests for invoice and payment processing.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and follow-up for collections.
- Resolve open GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) items.
- Highlight exceptions in open Purchase Orders regularly.
- Ensure timely book closures with all relevant journal entries.
- Review and validate payment proposals and suspected duplicate invoices.
- Assist in financial report preparation as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com or Commerce Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or related domain.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and tax regulations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
