About the Opportunity:

Colgate is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for Associate Analyst and Analyst roles in their Finance team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and post PO/NPO invoices (Third-Party / Intercompany).
  • Ensure accuracy of tax rates applied on invoices (GST, TDS knowledge preferred).
  • Process business requests for invoice and payment processing.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and follow-up for collections.
  • Resolve open GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) items.
  • Highlight exceptions in open Purchase Orders regularly.
  • Ensure timely book closures with all relevant journal entries.
  • Review and validate payment proposals and suspected duplicate invoices.
  • Assist in financial report preparation as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Com or Commerce Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or related domain.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and tax regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
