About the Role

The Return/Exchange Expert will be responsible for handling and resolving customer return and exchange requests across different communication channels. The role involves managing high-volume customer interactions while ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer return and exchange requests via inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats.
  • Manage a daily call volume of 150+ calls while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Provide empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented communication to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Convert return requests into exchanges where possible, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, inventory) to ensure timely resolution of return/exchange requests.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights to improve product and service quality.
  • Uphold company policies while offering flexible solutions to improve customer trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling returns, exchanges, and conversions in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment.
