Norstella is seeking an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant to deliver competitive intelligence, data analysis, and forecasting insights for pharmaceutical clients. This is a remote role ideal for candidates passionate about using data-driven strategies to support drug development and market access. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends using diverse data sources
- Develop reports, dashboards, forecast models, and presentations for client deliverables
- Utilize pharmaceutical commercial datasets and databases like ClinicalTrials.gov
- Lead project workstreams and collaborate across global teams
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives
- Apply coding and advanced data analytics (e.g., Python) to extract and interpret data
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 6-8 years in pharmaceutical consulting, market research, or competitive intelligence
