Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Quora’s users to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on how to best utilize Quora’s platform to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Quora's products and services, offering proactive advice and recommendations to users.
  • Customer Education: Conduct product demos, tutorials, and onboarding sessions for new users to ensure they get the most out of Quora.
