Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive – Blended Voice & Chat Process (Work From Home). This role involves handling 50% voice calls and 50% chat support, depending on client requirements. Candidates will be responsible for resolving customer queries, delivering excellent service, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls and chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions using available tools and resources.
- Deliver service in alignment with defined KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
- Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to higher authorities where necessary.
- Promote additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Participate in team improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, typing proficiency, ability to multitask, patience, empathy, and customer-first attitude.
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules.
Work Schedule
- Shift: 9-hour shifts, 24/7 rotational.
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (CTC).
- Bonus: ₹4,000 quarterly bonus (every 3 months) in addition to the take-home salary.

- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.
- RAM: Minimum 8GB.
