About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Aircall for our clients—solving problems, guiding users through our platform, and ensuring they get the most out of our tools. You’ll work closely with a global team to resolve technical queries and help customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues via chat, email, and calls
  • Promote product education and offer technical guidance
  • Collaborate with global support teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Help businesses achieve their communication goals using Aircall

Work Schedule

  • Work both Saturday and Sunday
  • Two weekdays off (Monday to Friday)
  • Shift timing: Between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST (8 hours + 1-hour break)

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a B2B SaaS customer support role (or transferable skills)
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM, support tools, and ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with a curiosity to learn and troubleshoot
