About the Team and Role
As part of Quora’s fast-paced business, you’ll join the Customer Success team, where you’ll act as a key partner to advertisers and agencies. You will help clients achieve strong ROI and focus on customer retention and expansion. You will be the primary point of contact for a diverse range of advertisers, taking full ownership of the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Client Partner team to drive customer adoption, reduce churn, and ensure campaign success.
- Managing performance and DR/paid search campaigns to ensure measurable results for clients.
- Troubleshooting client issues and providing creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Client Education: Educate advertisers and agencies on opportunities in owned, paid, and earned media on the Quora platform.
- Advocacy: Build strong relationships, acting as a client advocate and providing insights into industry trends.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and lead efforts to drive business growth with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Campaign Management: Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to meet clients' objectives, ensuring their goals are achieved.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key account data and offer recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise between clients and internal teams (sales, product, operations, etc.) to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in customer success or account management in advertising, with expertise in campaign management, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, campaign tracking, and performance optimization.
