Job Description:
Amazon is looking for a passionate and results-driven Full Lifecycle Recruiter-I to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of recruiting, partnering with hiring teams to deliver exceptional talent in line with Amazon’s high standards. You will act as a strategic consultant, guiding teams through sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates in a competitive market. The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can successfully manage multiple priorities, and is deeply committed to delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
- Recruit passive candidates by profiling, building chemistry, and understanding motivation.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidate slates efficiently.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders during the hiring process.
- Recommend recruitment strategies to support Amazon’s long-term growth goals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
- Document recruiting plans, deliverables, and track hiring activities meticulously.
- Participate in special recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 0–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
- Knowledge of social media recruiting strategies and current market trends.
- Experience sourcing business/technical talent (e.g., Product, Program, Sales, Tech Engineering, and leadership roles).
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical skills to create, measure, and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Strong consulting skills with experience leading or contributing to team environments.
- Prior experience hiring senior-level roles is a plus.
