Information Technology Group IT Support Analyst

General Summary

We are looking for a passionate IT Support Analyst to provide first-level technical support across multiple platforms including PC, Linux, UNIX, networking, enterprise applications, and printers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to global employees via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Linux, UNIX systems, Office Suite, network connectivity, and printers.
• Support peripheral and office system technologies.
• Manage incidents following Qualcomm's standard procedures.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions accurately.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work in a 24x7 shift model with 7/365 availability.
• Transport equipment up to 40 lbs between offices/buildings.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in IT, Engineering Support, or related fields.
• 1+ year experience in operating system or software troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in a corporate service desk or IT support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office Suite, printers, and networking basics.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux OS basics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience supporting global teams is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Transport equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Move between buildings and campuses up to 2 miles.
