About the Roles
Steward
Responsible for assisting guests with seating, serving food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Stewards are expected to be polite, responsive, and observant.
Bartender
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with Windmills’ standards. Bartenders must be quick, attentive, creative, and courteous, with a good understanding of various spirits and cocktail recipes.
Captain
A senior floor staff position, Captains manage guest tables, supervise stewards, coordinate orders, and ensure personalized service. This role requires leadership, precision, and a deep understanding of hospitality standards.

Mandatory Qualification
