Job Description
As a MyHR Live Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries via live phone calls and chats. You will build trust with employees, offering empathetic and solutions-oriented service. You'll manage real-time resolutions and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced contact center environment. Maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality will be key aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of live contacts via calls and chats with high problem-solving ownership.
- Resolve employee inquiries by referring to FAQs, SOPs, and escalate when needed.
- Deliver empathetic and customized support during live interactions.
- Respond promptly to urgent employee issues ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Analyze and resolve issues by balancing process adherence and employee needs in real-time.
- Collaborate with internal teams for resolving cross-functional issues and improving policies.
- Maintain performance metrics (First-contact resolution, Satisfaction Scores, etc.).
- Adhere to scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7 environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required.
- 0–10+ years of experience in Customer Service, HR, or Contact Center roles.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication (+85%).
- Schedule flexibility for 24x7 operations, including weekends and night shifts.
- High-speed internet connection (50-100 Mbps) required before joining.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Contact Center, HR, or equivalent field preferred.
- Knowledge of US Leave of Absence and Disability Laws.
- Experience providing HR consultation, benefits guidance, or handling sensitive matters.
- Ability to maintain strict data privacy standards and manage confidential employee information.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
