About the Role:
Phreesia is hiring a Client Success Specialist to support healthcare clients virtually. You'll help drive product adoption, manage client satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and optimize solutions for clinics, hospitals, and health systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering executive business reviews and strategic recommendations.
- Manage multiple accounts and collaborate with internal teams to solve client needs.
- Mentor junior team members and lead change initiatives.
- Conduct client training sessions to boost platform utilization.

- Ability to work U.S. hours (night shift IST).
