Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Operations Analyst / Systems Administrator to join our award-winning Support Services team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, manage support operational cases, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat through Deltek’s Customer Support Center.
  • Provide accurate and timely support on access, accounts, downloads, and functionality.
  • Handle and resolve cases from the Support Operations Queue.
  • Process service requests such as password resets, data updates, and download support.
  • Collaborate on process improvements and participate in ad-hoc team projects.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions clearly and accurately.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Proficient with support tools, live chat systems, and basic CRM tools.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
