Role Overview:
As a Support Specialist (Complaints), you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing formal complaints with professionalism and care. Your work will ensure fair resolutions while upholding regulatory standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve incoming formal complaints within regulatory timelines.
Conduct root-cause analysis and suggest improvements to complaint-handling processes.
Collaborate with internal teams like customer service, product development, and quality assurance to ensure smooth resolutions.
Maintain an organized, accurate archive of all complaint-related data.
Stay updated with industry regulations to ensure compliance in complaint management.
Contribute to fostering a culture of fairness and customer-centricity.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex cases effectively.
Strategic mindset to manage redress methods (e.g., refunds, negotiations).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
