Compensation:

• ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,000 in-hand)

Eligibility:

• Education: Open to graduates (freshers or experienced).
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.

Requirements:

• Stable Wi-Fi connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
• Headset (Mandatory).
• Laptop or Desktop (Mandatory).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Accurately document interactions and follow up where necessary.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Selection Process:

1. Assessment Round: Evaluate communication skills, language proficiency, and basic aptitude.
2. Operations Round: Interview to assess fitment for the role and ability to handle customer interactions.
