Compensation:
- ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,000 in-hand)
Eligibility:
- Education: Open to graduates (freshers or experienced).
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
Requirements:
- Stable Wi-Fi connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
- Headset (Mandatory).
- Laptop or Desktop (Mandatory).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Accurately document interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Selection Process:
- Assessment Round: Evaluate communication skills, language proficiency, and basic aptitude.
- Operations Round: Interview to assess fitment for the role and ability to handle customer interactions.
