About the Role
This role supports automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers by enabling real-time and offline (image/video) data auditing services. As an Associate in ML Data Operations, you will review and audit short videos/images to ensure inventory accuracy and stow quality at fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review hundreds of short videos per shift to verify product stowing activities.
- Use internal tools to mark or verify product locations with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity in video/image audits.
- Follow pre-defined break schedules to ensure required productive hours per day.
- Ensure confidentiality of work-related data in a dedicated workspace at home.
- Comply with rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekend work.
- Participate in virtual meetings with the camera on when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Ability to work on image/video/text-based audits with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret blurry or low-quality videos accurately.
- Strong focus and ability to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Eligibility
- Willingness to work in a non-technical operational role for a 6-month contract.
- Readiness to visit the office occasionally if required (applicable for remote associates).
- Dedicated home workspace (table, chair, good lighting) to maintain data confidentiality.
