About the Role

The Business Development Associate will guide students in their career decisions, helping them choose the best educational paths. You will interact with potential learners, provide them with career advice, and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. This role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and the ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide students, offering career advice and helping them make informed decisions regarding NxtWave's courses.
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Carry weekly revenue and enrollment targets, ensuring consistent achievement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Hindi communication skills (native proficiency).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer interactions is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly dedicated, hardworking, and determined individuals with a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
