About the Role
Be a crucial member of the Fresh Prints Finance Team! This role requires an entrepreneurial drive to take ownership, solve problems creatively, and support Fresh Prints’ financial success. Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal reporting and company metrics, including monthly job costing reports, quarterly sales tax reports, P&L statements, and commission reports
- Oversee general payments by controlling credit card access, supporting department spending, handling contractor payments, and negotiating with vendors
- Manage printer payments, ensuring accurate billing and responding to printer inquiries regarding pricing and payments
- Identify and lead new projects to improve financial processes and operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in Finance
- Experience in creating reports regularly
- Proficiency in Excel; MySQL experience is a bonus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility
- Authorized to work in India
- Ability to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Salary
