About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Client Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as a front-line representative of the company, ensuring consistent and high-quality client interactions while supporting some of the world’s most innovative startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and friendly customer service across various communication channels.
  • Respond to inquiries via text, calls, tickets, and emails.

Qualifications

  • Less than one year of customer support experience.

  • Basic networking and streaming protocol knowledge (RTSP, SMTP, HTTP).
