About the Role
The Sales Associate will promote and sell academic solutions to universities, educational and medical institutions, researchers, and students across India. This role involves customer identification, relationship building, market research, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic, remote-first environment with periodic travel to metro cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers in academia and research sectors.
- Conduct market research and maintain updated customer databases.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored academic solutions.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully.

Qualifications
