About the Role

We are seeking a proactive US Technical Recruiter to join Techolution’s Talent Acquisition team. This is an in-house role focused on hiring US Citizens for critical full-time positions in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Enterprise Sales. The recruiter will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to build world-class teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized US-based roles in AI, Robotics, and Sales.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to define role requirements.
• Source candidates using advanced methods including Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct initial technical and fit assessments, focusing on communication and work authorization.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiation.
• Deliver a candidate experience aligned with Techolution’s product-driven, people-first culture.
• Stay current on talent market trends in deep tech and product hiring to accelerate recruitment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US in-house or corporate recruitment for full-time hires.
• Successful track record hiring US Citizens for AI, Robotics, and Enterprise Sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws, work authorization, and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Advanced sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency in ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or JobDiva.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
