About the Role
We are hiring for Customer Support Representatives to provide international voice-based assistance. This is a full-time role requiring strong communication skills and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts. You will begin working from the office for three months, after which the role transitions to work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide voice-based support to international customers.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer queries.
- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills.

Eligibility
- 0–5 years of experience in customer support or BPO.
- Graduation not required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary
3–4 Lacs P.A. with performance-based incentives.
