About the Role
This role supports a UK-based automotive startup focused on simplifying car maintenance services. As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle escalated complaints, coordinate with garage partners, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to ongoing improvements and trend reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalated customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate with UK garage partners for resolution
- Monitor complaint progress and ensure SLA adherence
- Support general customer queries when needed
- Track complaint trends and suggest process improvements
- Supervise the team in manager's absence
- Reply to reviews and investigate low NPS
Qualifications
- 3+ years of complaint handling experience in fast-paced environments
- 2+ years working with UK/US/Canadian/Australian/EU companies
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Confident in problem-solving and escalation management
- Motor vehicle technical knowledge (preferred)
Eligibility
