About the Role
Amazon is looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual to join their Customer Service team. In this virtual role, you will help resolve customer issues, from order questions to payment issues, and provide a high level of support. Your tasks will include answering calls, chats, and emails, ensuring customers receive fast and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, products, and website usage
- Use Amazon’s internal tools to research and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone with customers at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Availability to work rotating shifts between 6 AM to 11 PM, including weekends and holidays
- Dedicated and quiet workspace with desk and chair
- High-speed internet connection (100 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) via Ethernet

- No prior customer service experience required
- Comfortable working in dynamic shift patterns
