About the Role
This position sits within Swiggy Instamart’s Supply Strategy team. The Business Associate will be responsible for leveraging data insights, designing initiatives, and working across internal and external stakeholders to boost restaurant performance and supply-side efficiency on the platform. This cross-functional role includes insights generation, project coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze restaurant performance data and develop growth initiatives
- Coordinate with teams like Revenue, Product, Storefront, and Vendors
- Pilot and scale restaurant support initiatives
- Drive adoption of insight dashboards and data tools
- Engage restaurant partners to understand challenges and co-create solutions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in SQL and advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management ability (internal and external)
- Experience in GTM planning and program management
Eligibility
- Graduates with strong analytical and communication background
- Prior experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or supply chain a plus
