Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of live contacts (calls/chats) with ownership and problem-solving.
- Resolve inquiries by referring to knowledge bases and SOPs, escalating when needed.
- Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations.
- Respond promptly to urgent issues ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Use high judgment and critical thinking to balance policy adherence with employee needs.
- Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve processes.
- Maintain performance metrics including handling time, first-contact resolution, and satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to schedules including timed breaks to support 24/7 operations.
- Demonstrate flexibility for varied shifts (evenings, weekends, overnights).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
- 0-10+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or HR.
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English (+85%).
- Flexible to work 24/7 shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Internet connection with speed range 50-100 Mbps.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in contact center, customer service, or HR.
- Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws.
- Experience providing consultation on HR, benefits, or complex employee matters.
- Strong empathy skills and customer-centric approach.
