About Amazon HR Services – MHLS Team

Amazon’s HR Services division includes HR Operations, Compliance, Leave of Absence and Accommodations (LOAA), and support functions such as ACES, Vendor Management, Finance & Analytics, and Content Management.
The MHLS (MyHR Live Support) team is a part of this ecosystem, providing high-quality HR query resolution to Amazon’s global employees, especially in North America.

The associate role offers a dynamic and people-focused work environment, with real-time support provided to Amazon employees regarding HR services and policies.

Key Responsibilities of MHLS Associate

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and chats from Amazon employees related to HR issues.

• Record all interactions in the case management system.

• Provide information and resolve issues regarding benefits, attendance, payroll deductions, and other HR policies.

• Ensure high levels of service quality while adhering to Amazon's standard processes.

• Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain employee data privacy.

• Analyze issues using critical thinking and make informed decisions for resolutions.

• Maintain individual and team-level metrics and take ownership of query resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum); Master’s Degree preferred.

• 0 to 10 years of experience in international voice process.

• Comfortable handling calls and chats in a call center/help desk environment.

• Willing to work in rotational night/day shifts in a 24/7 support setting.

• Good command over MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in handling HR Help Desk or HR Shared Services.

• Familiarity with PeoplePortal or similar HR software.

• Strong understanding of employee support processes.
