About the Role
Hotsourced is hiring a resourceful and communicative Customer Service Representative to support their fully remote team. This role involves customer interaction, operational oversight, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless customer experience across communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Schedule and manage service/collection appointments
- Perform customer verification checks
- Follow up on late/missed payments
- Ensure fleet compliance and manage inventory tracking
- Handle live incident management including insurance follow-ups
- Update HelpScout FAQs and train AI chatbot for improved self-service
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service/admin/operations
- Excellent English (written & verbal); other languages are a bonus
- Proficiency with HelpScout, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM/live chat tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Empathetic, solution-driven, and adaptive in fast-paced environments
Eligibility
- Based in India with ability to work UK time zones
- Comfortable working night/evening shifts
- Experience working in remote environments preferred
