About the Role

Hotsourced is hiring a resourceful and communicative Customer Service Representative to support their fully remote team. This role involves customer interaction, operational oversight, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless customer experience across communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Schedule and manage service/collection appointments
  • Perform customer verification checks
  • Follow up on late/missed payments
  • Ensure fleet compliance and manage inventory tracking
  • Handle live incident management including insurance follow-ups
  • Update HelpScout FAQs and train AI chatbot for improved self-service

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service/admin/operations
  • Excellent English (written & verbal); other languages are a bonus
  • Proficiency with HelpScout, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM/live chat tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Empathetic, solution-driven, and adaptive in fast-paced environments
