Job Role
Position: Data Scientist
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office/Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 0–1 year (Freshers eligible)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Build predictive and classification models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Design and monitor experiments (A/B testing) to validate product and process changes.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and trends.
- Translate complex data into simple, clear recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Data Science
- Economics
- Engineering (any relevant field)
Final-year students graduating in 2025 may also be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in analytics or data science.
- Strong academic record (60% or equivalent CGPA).
- Must be an Indian citizen or eligible to work in India.
- Available for full-time employment in Bangalore.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of statistics, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Familiar with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with data wrangling, EDA, and model deployment.
- Good communication and business sense.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup setting.
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹10 LPA – ₹14 LPA (based on skills & interview performance)
