About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you’ll support Fresh Prints’ logistical operations for thousands of custom apparel orders. From resolving stock issues to updating systems and pricing, this role offers autonomy and exposure to global logistics. You’ll work night shifts and report to an Operations Manager, driving both cost-efficiency and fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics across vendors for domestic and international orders
- Resolve stock, licensing, and other ticket issues
- Manage sample orders and printer capacity ratings
- Conduct order checks, data entry, and reporting
- Support licensing processes and proof uploads
- Handle ad-hoc tasks during slow periods
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Operations/Logistics (Freshers welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable with night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
