About the Role:

As a Fraud Escalations Investigator at Revolut, you will be a key player in ensuring the safety of our customers' finances. You'll work directly with customers, resolve potential financial crime concerns, and investigate suspicious activity. You’ll play a crucial role in preventing financial crime and helping us stay compliant with business, legal, and regulatory requirements. This remote, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for financial crime analysis, and the flexibility of a work-from-home role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and report cases of money laundering, terrorist financing, and other suspicious activities.
  • Handle formal complaints and monitor customer cases to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between law enforcement and the company in ongoing investigations based on suspicious activity reports (SARs).
  • Review, analyze, and assess data to detect financial crime risks, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide support to other teams and collaborate in improving company compliance processes.
