About the Role
Join Deltek’s Global Sales team to empower project-based businesses in the Architecture/Engineering community within the SMB sector. This role focuses on net-new sales, helping prospects understand how Deltek’s solutions can improve project management, measurement, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with SMB prospects in the Architecture/Engineering sector to present Deltek solutions.
- Identify needs, demonstrate ROI, and convert leads into satisfied customers.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and pipeline management.
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program including sales training, mentorship, and product education.
- Collaborate with a highly supportive sales team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of successful software sales experience, preferably in complex sales environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills (especially in remote settings).
