About the Role

The Senior Email Support Associate will provide front-line customer support via email, managing high volumes of inquiries related to orders, accounts, and product education. This role requires a proactive, empathetic approach to help users and resolve issues efficiently. As a key part of the team, you will support a seamless user experience and contribute to Poshmark’s high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Poshmark users via email support in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Respond to inquiries related to orders, accounts, and product education
  • Research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for account-related issues
  • Help meet volume, first response time, resolution rate, and CES goals
  • Assist with side projects and administrative tasks as needed
  • Work on holidays and occasional overtime as required

Qualifications

  • Must be based in Chennai or Tamil Nadu, India
  • 3-6 years of experience in customer service or community support
  • Experience in e-commerce, especially with email support via Salesforce
  • Strong computer navigation and typing skills
