About the Role
This exciting Management Trainee – Sales role at Bhanzu offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment. As part of the sales team, you will reach out to potential customers, demonstrate product benefits, and contribute to customer growth and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to act on incoming leads.
- Present and explain Bhanzu’s offerings and value proposition.
- Build and nurture client relationships for long-term engagement.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge (preferred).
- Laptop is mandatory for the role.
Eligibility
