About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll help build high-performing teams across Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Business. This is a full-cycle recruitment role requiring hands-on involvement from sourcing to offer closure, working directly with hiring managers and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for in-house roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and drive processes
- Maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the funnel
