About the Role
The Client Adviser role is part of the Sales team, where you'll engage with potential clients, educate them about property investment, and manage relationships through the entire sales process. You'll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and fostering long-term customer relationships, while promoting NoBroker's unique brokerage-free property solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend qualified leads and conduct educational presentations on property buying/investment options.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their goals and vision for the future.
- Educate clients on property investment incentives and strategies.
- Manage relationships, guide clients through decision-making, and ensure post-sale follow-ups.
- Represent the NoBroker brand with integrity, consistently providing value to clients.
- Seek referrals and network to grow your client base.
- Conduct property price surveys and compete with market pricing.
- Responsible for generating leads and driving sales closure.
Qualifications
- Above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Positive attitude, eager to meet new people and close sales.
- Experience in direct sales is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand client requirements and pitch property solutions effectively.
- Strong passion for real estate and sales.
- A degree in any field or an MBA.
Eligibility
- Must be willing to work on-site in Greater Bengaluru Area.
- Must have a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Experience in real estate or direct sales is desirable.
