About the Role
As a Business Development Associate at PlanetSpark, you will take ownership of the full sales journey, engage with high-intent leads, and ensure clients receive a seamless onboarding experience. Your role will contribute directly to PlanetSpark’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily with high-intent leads through calls, video consults, and more.
- Own the full sales process—from first contact to successful enrollment.
- Host personalized video consultations with parents/adult learners, pitch trial sessions, and address concerns.
- Consistently meet weekly revenue targets and contribute to PlanetSpark's growth engine.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and transition for every new learner.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and feedback to refine your skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Sales-driven, confident in influencing decisions, and closing deals.
- Empathy and the ability to tailor your approach to client needs.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a hunger for results.
- Comfortable with CRMs, video platforms, and productivity tools.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Freshers welcome with a strong passion for sales and education.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with weekend availability.
Salary
