About the Role
INSIDEA is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting international clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time remote position aligned to US working hours, ideal for professionals looking to combine sales expertise with digital marketing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert potential clients through direct and digital sales efforts.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored service or product solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find new opportunities.
- Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility
- Available to work during US shifts (5 or 6 PM to 3 or 5 AM IST).
- Experience working in international client-facing roles is a plus.
