Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support via voice or non-voice processes. You will resolve customer queries, handle service-related issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats related to customer queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Meet performance standards including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Good command over English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.

- Shift Timing: Rotational (Including night shifts)
- Walk-in Days: Monday to Saturday
- Walk-in Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Intermediate
- Preferred: Graduates (Any Stream)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and process)
