About the Role

Adobe is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 2 to join its high-performing team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for Adobe's products and services, assisting customers in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex software, systems, or equipment.
  • Respond to situations where first-line product support could not resolve issues.
  • Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to engineering teams.
  • Support customer installation and training efforts as needed.
  • Manage highly technical and sophisticated product inquiries from users.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a technical support role or similar capacity.
  • Highly computer literate with strong technical knowledge of product coverage area.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours on a rotational basis for 24/7 support coverage.

Eligibility

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated professional experience in a technical role.
  • Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
  • Deep understanding of Windows OS; Mac OS knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting Adobe applications is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of product installation is an advantage.
